We are an agency established in Milan 22 years ago.
We have followed the evolution of the real estate market to be at the center of change and the mission of finding the best luxury residences, from apartments to villas, from chalets to penthouses, and from houses to cottages.
Thanks to a parterre of international clients, today House&Loft can work in Milan and Porto Cervo, where we have our two offices, but also to go to the best locations wherever there is a valuable property that deserves to be followed with the utmost competence for rental or sale.
