This large space not far from the new Bovisa-Goccia Masterplan is a project of the RPBW studio with Renzo Piano, which will expand the Milan Polytechnic Campus by creating a science park/innovation hub with areas dedicated to services for students, businesses and citizens. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2023, completion in 2026.

The show room is the result of the urban regeneration of the historic skate park and is spread over three floors, with two entrances, on Cevedale Street and at the back of the building and two courtyards of 200 square meters each, where ten cars can be parked outdoors and two indoors.

The entrance leads to the reception area and from there into a large show room with large windows and an alternation of glass walls, metal columns, and industrial elements such as exposed ventilation pipes; then there is a meeting room, six offices, a break area, and two bathrooms. Going up, either by staircase or internal elevator, to the upper floor, which remains open to the lower floor, we have another large show room, two offices, two bathrooms, and, beyond glass walls, another meeting room and the representative office with private bathroom.

Finally, the basement with a third open space, a 200-square-meter warehouse, two bathrooms, and a nice area with a restaurant, veranda dehor, and equipped kitchen.

Heating and air conditioning are self-contained with air.
