Loft of 120 square meters in “industrial” style
Within a loft-only complex completed in 2010, with corten panels covering the entire façade, is a 120-square-meter loft with mezzanine on the second and top floor, stacked dwelling and completely renovated in 2019.
One enters, along a balcony with an interior glass-cement wall, into an entrance hall that leads to a rectangular, airy, light-filled, 6-meter-high room with a wall formed entirely of windows and concrete beams: a room where the living room, dining area, and open kitchen are located. Natural rubber/rubber resin-effect floors, large windows, rough brick, concrete walls, iron staircase give the loft a strongly industrial style, appreciated for its practicality, creativity and minimalism.
Returning to the entrance on the right we have a master bedroom and on the left a large bathroom with walk-in shower; both rooms have a glass wall.
From the living room, a custom-designed iron staircase leads to the loft, which overlooks the floor below entirely, used as a study or possibly usable as a second bedroom; there is also provision for a second bathroom. Here, too, light enters copiously from the large French windows, from which you exit onto a beautiful and private terrace of about 30 square meters.
